In order to provide university placement, visa guidance, and pre-departure support, we may collect:

• Personal Identification: Full legal name, date of birth, passport copy, and nationality.
• Contact Details: Email address, mobile telephone number, postal address, and emergency contact details.
• Academic Credentials: High school certificates, university transcripts, personal statements, curriculum vitae, and English proficiency test scores (IELTS/PTE/TOEFL/Duolingo).
• Visa & Financial Documentation: Financial sponsorship declarations and bank statements required for Australian Genuine Student (GS) assessments, UKVI financial checks, Canadian Study Permits, US I-20/F-1 filings, Immigration New Zealand assessments, and Irish Immigration Service Delivery (ISD) Stamp 2 applications.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

We process your data exclusively for legitimate educational placement objectives, including:

• Assessing eligibility for partner colleges and university programs in Australia, the UK, Canada, the USA, New Zealand, Ireland, and more.
• Submitting formal admission applications on your behalf.
• Assisting with student visa compilation and review (Australian Subclass 500, UK Student Route, Canadian Study Permit, US F-1, NZ Student Visa, and Irish Stamp 2 Study Visa).
• Coordinating Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), UK IHS, Irish private student medical insurance, and approved panel medical appointments.
• Organizing airport reception and verified student accommodation matching.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

StudyLink will never sell, lease, or monetize your personal information. Information is only shared with authorized parties directly involved in your study abroad process:

• Admissions offices of partnered universities, colleges, and TAFE institutions in Australia, the UK, Canada, the USA, New Zealand, Ireland, and more.
• Relevant government immigration authorities (Australian DOHA, UKVI, IRCC Canada, US Department of State, Immigration New Zealand, and Irish Immigration Service Delivery) for visa lodgement and verification.
• Authorized panel medical clinics (such as IOM) and approved student health insurance providers.

5. Data Storage and International Transfers

Your information is stored in secure, access-controlled repositories. Because our services link prospective students from East Africa to international educational institutions, your data will be transmitted between our Kenya and Australia offices and directly to your chosen institutions in Australia, the UK, Canada, the USA, New Zealand, Ireland, or other global destinations.
